Hello , i have purchased something online on ebay using apple pay service linked to my debit card and it was successful but the items was not shipped and didn’t receive so i requested to get full refund and ebay refunded me with the full amount but unfortunately I didn’t receive on my bank account since 16/8 and checked with my bank and ebay nothing wrong even when i open my wallet i find the amount refunded how can i get the amount on my bank account?

You’re going to have to take it up with eBay. Apple can’t do anything about it.
Apple Pay transactions are processed like credit cards. It may take up to one full billing cycle (30 days) to see the credit on your account.
