I just got a new iPhone 14 pro max. It will scan the free style sensor but no longer send the data to my WW app. In fact, connected devices on menu shows and ! and it says this feature is not available.
where is the problem? iPhone iOS or Libre app?

The problem is with the app. Abbott knows about it and is supposedly working on a fix.

My iPhone SE updated to IOS 17.5.1 and now my free style libre 2 won’t scan. If I would have known that about the upgrade, I would not have upgraded my phone. I want to go back to 17.3.1 but can’t. It is frustrating when you buy a product and then it fails because of an upgrade from Apple. Apple, can I get rid of iOS 17.5.1 and go back to the previous operating system? It’s sad when your phone isn’t compatible with health products. Yes you say it’s Abbots fault. You are not helping either.
