Freestyle libre2 sensor doesn’t scan

Hello

my freestyle Libre 2 sensor has stopped scanning with my iPhone 8 iOS 15.6.1. What can I do to source the fault snd fix it please? I’m quite stuck without my Libre app!!

I suggest that you contact Freestyle Libre app developer/support team and make sure their sensor and their app are okay, using these instructions:--> How to contact an app developer

Hi I did that and they reset the app and then told me to change sensor but even the new sensor isn’t scanning hence my concern it is due to my iPhone

So, as already suggested, contact Apple Support directly (they have tools to check your device remotely).
