Purchasing in App subscriptions
I redeemed 25 $ to my apple id. And now i‘m trying to pay for Goodnotes 6 which is 23.99. But the system says insufficient Remaining Store Credit every time i tried to buy it. What should i do?
As Limnos stated, it would be a good idea to calculate the cost with sales tax, however, I would also recommend closing the App Store (by swiping up and right, and then swiping up on the window you wish to close). This will refresh the data in the App Store and hopefully state the correct balance.
Additionally, you can check your balance by clicking on your profile in the App Store, and then by tapping “Add Money to Account”. Your balance should then pop up.
