I bought 105 dollar iTunes card and loaded, but now I want to subscribe to an application for 99.99 dollars is saying insufficient remaining store credit? Which I don’t understand

My default payment method can’t be charged for a purchase including subscription I was unable to make a subscription and I have enough balance on my Apple ID it keep telling me my purchase could not be completed I should contact iTunes Store support to complete the transaction

That item is taxed in your area. Put in a different payment method; you'll need to have one on file to subscribe, even if you put another gift card in.
