Is this a scam

I have been receiving the attached "alert" now for over a month. I never click into it and I believe it is a scam. Does anyone else get this message or do you know if it really is Apple?

The word "managed" may hold a clue. Is this a managed computer issued by an organization, and all upgrades and supper are handled by the org's IT staff? If so, the message could be legitimate. See:
