Issue with exporting videos from Clips

So I have compiled a series of videos and did some trimming within the Clips app. However, when I tried to export the full video, it has repeatedly told me that the export has failed. I have tried restarting my phone (iPhone 13 Pro) but that did not help.

My suspicion here is that the files might be too large (was using footage from my Sony A7III (4K)) and Clips just cannot handle it. Would like to verify this suspicion with someone within the community.

Where are you trying to export?

Have you tried uploading to iCloud Drive using the Files App?

IOS App clip limitations

If you make your App Clip available on devices running iOS 16 and later, the uncompressed App Clip binary can be up to 15 MB in size. If you make your App Clip available on devices running iOS 15 and earlier versions, the uncompressed App Clip binary can be up to 10 MB in size.
