iPhone 15 won’t export or duplicate edited videos

I edited a video on my iPhone 15 using the iPhone editing tools and when i try to export it, air drop, send as message, upload to any social media site it DOES NOT WORK!!! It doesn’t download all it says is “preparing” but it never loads. Does anyone know how to fix this??

AND now nothing will export from any of the apps i use. Everything just fails and i can’t get any photos or videos

Not able to export the video created by iphone15 itself under memories, it’s shows as preparing then cones the error message saying cannot export it, we cannot save it also
