Hi,
My apple watch is draining battery within 1 hour.
It looks like it is constantly trying to scroll and has a 'mind of it's own.'
I have had Apple support run diagnostics, unpaired and paired the watch again, reset the watch, updated the watch, etc. and nothing works.
Any help is much appreciated!

This is not good, have you tried a forced restart?
To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
