Apple music not working on Xbox one

I’m trying to listen to music on my Xbox one through Apple Music but it’s not playing any sound I’m getting sound from other apps on my Xbox except for Apple Music I tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it again to see if it works but it’s still doing the same thing. Is there a better solution than uninstalling it, and reinstalling it?

If you press the Xbox button in the middle of your controller to launch the sidebar while Apple Music is running, you should see Apple Music in the sidebar. Hover over Apple Music and press A to select it. It should pop up with whatever song is playing and top picks from Apple Music. You will see a bar with rewind, repeat, play/pause, shuffle, and fast forward buttons. Directly underneath that bar will be a percentage slider bar with an Xbox controller icon on the left side and a music note icon on the right side. Hover over that bar and slide it towards the right(music note icon) until you reach your desired percentage of volume. Im assuming the percentage next to each icon represents the amount of sound being emitted from either one. So if the music note icon is at 100% while the controller icon is at 0%, all sound will be emitted from your tv or external speakers rather than any headset device connected to your controller. At first, my Apple Music was omitting zero sound from my tv even though music was playing, but when I toggled the bar to be set all the way towards the music icon, changing the music icon to 100%, I was able to hear music being played from Apple Music with no headset attached

Hi Prinx3ss_Bre,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

When you play a music, do you see any indication that the song is indeed playing? For example, some songs support lyrics that appear line-by-line and beat-by-beat?
