Is there a way to check my 2019 MacBook Pro log history for any upticks in CPU usage or possible crashes that may have occurred. I am running Serato DJ Pro Software and outside of the Activity Monitor, is there anyway to check in the System Report where any issues have occurred?

Sure - " Console " located in the same place as Activity Monitor
Refer to below and " pick your poison " from the 6 different Categories on the Sidebar in Console
Most, if not all , info in any of the Categories are basically " Developer Talk " or " Software Engineer Talk " that Only they will understand

The Console used to be a good place to Trouble Shoot back Snow Leopard times but with each newer version of OS X / macOS - Console would the last place I would go.
What you wanna do is reset the SMC of your Mac. If needed, you can check out third-party fan control apps like Macs Fan Control. Let us know if the SMC reset helps.
Thanks for all the answers. Specifically, the fans are running and the computer get really hot. I only have Serato installed on the computer and not other apps are running. I am not even connected to icloud. Is there reset I can to to get the fans running normally?
FWIW, EtreCheck can also list app crashes.
Just to add, nothing can check for "potential" or "possible" crashes. A crash isn't reported until it occurs.
