I don't think there's a way to do that. If you've made sure that your personal information is all correct, that's about all you can do.
Having spent about a year once on beta blockers I know exactly what you're talking about. It would be great if Apple could somehow tie the Movement ring to the resting pulse rate information it has. You should let Apple know your thoughts on the matter here:
