After months of attempts to install the update and receiving the 10004 error code, last night Zoom would not allow me access to my meeting without the update. I see the remedy is to uninstall and reinstall, however, I cannot uninstall unless I am able to open the app—which I cannot do because Zoom won't let me in. Catch 22.

Thank you for the kindness of your reply. My first move was to contact developer support and did not receive a successful remedy, so I thought I'd try the Community for perspective. I have just now solved the problem through a third party.
