logi touch folio doesnt work ipad air 5

Has anyone got updates on this really annoying issue. - Logitech Folio touch that Apple Store sold to me with new IPad Air 5 less than 9 months ago.

I do complete reboot download the useless Logitech centre app - sometimes it syncs for a few minutes but cursor is crazy and then nothing works again.

Logitech app doesn’t work either.

why recommend & sell this junk with such a good apple product?Not happy

any info appreciated as I’m in Laos and we don’t have an accredited Apple Store

If you are unable to resolve a problem with Logitech, you can contact the Apple Store where you purchased the keyboard.

I’ve had no troubles with the Touch Folio after doing a force install of the firmware. Download the Logitech Control app and it will look for and install the latest firmware.

You might need to plug in the power to your iPad to ensure the case and tablet are fully aligned.

If you are not getting a prompt to install the firmware, you can force a reload by pressing the Q W E and Alt/Option keys on the screen. (Yes, on the iPad screen, not the physical keyboard) That will turn on the option to force reload the firmware.

The Logitech Control app can check for new updates in the background as well if you allow it.

FYI, happy conclusion to Logitech folio failure.


i got details of the agent (Koan.co.th) in BANGKOK was super efficient and helpful and replaced my damaged. Folio with a brand-new one very quickly and without any questions asked.
