Apple Tv Device won’t play my movie

I recently preorder Into the Spiderverse 2. It has been downloaded. It will play on my iPhone, but not on my Apple Tv device. I have tried mirroring my screen/projecting it to my apple tv but it will just sit and load. I am using the same wifi on both devices. It just says “problem loading content” when I click on the movie directly

Incompatible Content error for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Extended Edition) on Apple TV App with PlayStation 5 Apple TV app on PlayStation 5 TV showing “Incompatible Content” for the film The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Extended Edition). All other films/tv I have purchased previous are working just fine on this TV without issue. I have tried the usual, resetting the TV, resetting the app, signing out and back in and it still comes up with the same issue “Incompatible Content. To play this show , try using an Apple device”. The film can be played on my iPad, and MacBook Pro, and iphone, but then cannot Airplay to the TV as it shows “The Video is in a format that cannot be streamed to this tv” Any ideas on what might be the issue, and how to resolve.

What is your model Apple TV box?

Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Find your Apple TV model number - Apple Support

What is its version system software?

Could network connectivity be an issue? Can it stream any other content?

iTunes Store movies should play on all models (except the original 2007 model A1218), but troubleshooting can be a bit different per device model.
