How do I get rid of a prompt for an old Exchange account password

Every time I download an application from the App Store on my iPhone 13 mini, I get a message to reenter the password for an old Rxchange account that I no longer use. I don’t even have Outlook installed on my phone. When I attempt to change the password, it just takes me to the main settings screen and I don’t know where to go from there. Does anyone have any insight into this and has it happened to you before? How do I get rid of it?

Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > and choose the account for which you're getting password prompt > Delete Account. This will delete the account and you'll no longer see password prompts for that account
