my phone has the screen with the 'support.apple.com/iphone/restore' thing on it. i have tried force restarting it, but after the apple logo comes up it just goes back to the same screen with the computer, arrow and charging cable with the link. its been like this for about 7 months.

i cannot turn my iphone 12 on at all. it only shows the computer and charging cable with the arrow showing it is connected.
