iPhone not turning on

my phone keeps turning on and off and then it will tell me to plug it into my MacBook and go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore but everything that the website says doesn't work and then I tried restoring it but it saying it can't be restored so what do I do to get my phone to turn on ?
