Airpods Pro 2 case making sound

My airpods pro 2 case is randomly making noice when i move after sitting still or pick them up after a while. This is really annoying and people are staring at me wondering what the noise is. I tried resetting the airpods and turned off the case sound option in settings but it still makes this noise in the most annoying times. My battery is even fully charged sometimes when this happens. Can I turn this off? This is really really annoying…
