Why does my AirPods 4 case make noise when opening?

Sometimes, but not always, the airpod 4 case will make a noise when i open them, im not too sure what to do as i went to the settings to disable charging case sounds but it is greyed out. i’m not sure what to do about the noises

AirPods Pro 2 case not making sound when charging I have the Pro 2, but for some reason today they didn’t make the sound when I plugged them in. I left them plug to see if the case would charge and it still did. I checked if I had the option enable in the settings and it was enable. Is their a problem with my case?

Have you tried to reset the AirPods to see if the issues persist. It could be that a reset makes that you can use the switch to enable the case sounds again
