I renewed my Apple subscription to DAZN but it is not picked up as renewed on the Dazn site.

I have been in touch with support on the DAZN support center and they advised I need to reach out to Apple to have this resolved. I can confirm that Apple sent me a receipt of my subscription renewal however I am still unable to access the content on the DAZN site or app.
