Subscription inactive after payment

I renewed one of my app subscriptions and I do not have access to the app as the account status shows inactive. On my apple subscription it shows that it’s renewed to 2024 but the app still inactive. I have reached out to service team for the app but they referred me to apple.

I Do Not want to cancel my subscription. I would like to find out how to get apple to confirm to the app that I paid.
