Review Request Fraudulent Website Warnings

Hello!

Last week the site stopped working in the safari browser. I was offered to apply at websitereview.apple.com, but the site was never unlocked. The site does not work only in the safari browser. As I understand it, my site was marked as fraudulent, but for what reason is not entirely clear. I ask for help with resolving the issue of removing the flag from my site, since after submitting the request, the site did not work. I need to at least understand what is the cause and the timing of its elimination. Thank you in advance!
