when I go to any apple website I get lots of things to purchase but not much to help with in fact anything least of all fraudulent website reporting

Safari uses Google's "Safe Browsing" service that warns you if you are about to load a known scam / phishing site: https://safebrowsing.google.com/. If you have a particular website to report, do it here:
