Why am I being charged $5.40 USD every month?

Each month, I see a charge on my credit card statement of $5.40 and all it says is “Apple…internet charge.” We are already paying $9.99 for 2TB of iCloud storage, but I have NO idea what the $5.40 is for (we have no other subscriptions).
