Apple billing more than it should.

I am being charged $9.99 every month by APPLE.COM/BILL but I have had the $2.99 iCloud storage plan. What is this charge?

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services

How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement
