None of my iPhone’s microphones work, so I use my Powerbeats Pro earbuds, however, they ONLY work on phone calls. If I use LITERALLY any other app, if I try to use the microphone, my sound turns off completely and not only can I not talk, but I can’t hear either. How do I make it so it only uses my Beats microphone instead of my broken iPhone one? I feel as if that’d fix the problem.

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.

It’s not the beats. The iPhone microphone doesn’t work no matter what I do, but I’m trying to use the “PS Remote Play” app where you can use your phone as an audio source so I can hear it the game on my PlayStation using my beats. The only issue is whenever I try to use my mic, it uses my iPhone mic instead of the paired beats mic, so because it’s using the broken iPhone mic, sound turns off and I can’t even talk.
