beats fit pro earbuds won’t connect to case

I just received a new left earbud today because my previous one was damaged, when I tried to pair it with my case, the lights would always blink red no matter how long I held down the button for. Right now only one earbud works, when I place the paired earbud in, the case led remains solid white and I can pair it to new devices. But if I place both of the earbuds in, the case led pulses red and won’t allow new connections. I already charged them to max and I’m all out of ideas. Anything else I can do?

Hello tank98,

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you're having trouble using a replacement earbud.

We suggest inserting both Beats Fit pro, then resetting them. Below is how to do that.

Reset your Beats Fit Pro - Apple Support

"If you have sound, Bluetooth, or charging issues with your earphones, you might want to reset them.

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. Leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.

3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Fit Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again."

If issues persist after resetting, please reach out to Apple Support.

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
