3-MONTH FREE TRIAL OFFER
I'M TRYING TO SIGN UP FOR THE APPLE TV 3-MONTH TRIAL. I WENT THROUGH ALL THE STEPS TO GET MY APPLE ID AND ACCOUNT BUT NOW I'M NOT SEEING ANY MENTION OF THE TRIAL ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Verify that you are eligible. The extended free trial to Apple TV+ may be offered from Apple or from select partnering companies. The extended free trial would be offered in combination with a certain purchase. The offer should be redeemed as described by the company that made this offer, in accordance with their terms and conditions, else the offer will not be applied.
- For the offer from Apple, that would in combination of a recent purchase of an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV box. It is also limited to new subscribers, that haven’t had a trial for this service before. The redeeming should be done on that new qualifying device.
- For the offer from partnering companies, see their website. They would have a page about the offer, and how to redeem.
- Other new subscribers that have no qualifying combination product or service, those would get the regular 7-day trial.
