Apple TV account sign-in issue

It looks like i am signed in to apple tv and all my info is there but it says to creat account or start free trial.

Active Apple TV subscription but still saying 'sign in for free trial'!! I'm trying to watch a series on Apple TV and am signed in to my account. It appears as though I need to sign up but I already have an active account which is showing my next payment is coming up. Any ideas?

I've been paying monthly for Apple TV . However, now I cannot access a program because it won't let me sign in. It says "Play Free Episode" and Sign Up Now. How do I get what I am paying for!? How do I get access to my subscription to Apple TV+? All of a sudden it doesn't recognize me. I cannot sign in, as Apple is assuming I am a new customer.
