Got new phone, now watch apps won’t download

Hello! I got a new iPhone 14 a few days ago and I think something went wrong while pairing my watch. None of my apps have downloaded to my watch. Every time I click install, then click on my watch, it will say “Processing” for a few seconds and then just stop. I’ve restarted both my phone and watch, turned the wifi and Bluetooth settings on and off, and even unpaired/paired my watch again, but it still won’t download. There is also plenty of available storage since none of the apps have even downloaded. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!
