open finder from excel hyperlink

when i am working on excel I have hyperlinks to open a folder in finder

but when I press the link the finder window opens but in the back of the excel

I need once I press the link the selected folder window show in-front of the excel sheet how I can do this ?

Linking to a folder within PowerPoint It is possible using an older version of Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g. Home and Business 2016) to create a hyperlink from an object or text to a folder on the locally connected server. Clicking on the hyperlink opens the folder in Explorer. Most useful when directing users to a folder containing files. When the same PowerPoint file, created in the PC, is run from my Mac using Microsoft 365, the hyperlink to the folder does not work. Instead "The application can't be opened -50". When trying to create a hyperlink from an object/text to a folder using my Mac, this is not possible. The Linking feature requires that a specific file within a folder is selected. Is there any setting or workaround that allows hyperlinks to folders to be created that work within a Mac environment for PowerPoint (and possibly other Office tools also)?

Create a Shortcut (App) to Open Files and Navigate to folder Looking for a way to create a Shortcut that will open the Files app and navigate to a specific folder but not select any files. I got the shortcut to open Files but the shortcut stops and I can’t seem to find which function actually opens the designated path. any ideas? I can’t seem to find anything by searching the internet.

Has it ever worked the way you want it to? If not, this may simply be how it works. When I use a hyperlink and it opens in background, I just click it and bring it to the foreground.

You can also ask in a Microsoft Excel user's group. They likely have more experience in this sort of thing.
