OneDrive cant be removed.

I can't remove OneDrive no matter what I do. I've deleted everything, logged out of all accounts, and even checked my force quit tabs. Still nothing, I'm very lost.

OneDrive is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the trash Why did it get this message and how do I fix it? I do charity work where everyone else uses Windows. If I can't access OneDrive, I can't do the work. I am running MacOS Ventura 13.4. The Show Info for OneDrive says it was created May 31, 2023 at 3:58 am and modified on June 13, 2023 at 12:47 pm. Any advice?
