OneDrive is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the trash

Why did it get this message and how do I fix it? I do charity work where everyone else uses Windows. If I can't access OneDrive, I can't do the work. I am running MacOS Ventura 13.4. The Show Info for OneDrive says it was created May 31, 2023 at 3:58 am and modified on June 13, 2023 at 12:47 pm.

Any advice?

It sounds as if the OneDrive application on your Mac isn't working. Deleting that and re-installing it shouldn't affect any data on your OneDrive. You should also be able to log into OneDrive through your browser.
