The first order of business with any Mac affected by "anti-virus" junk is to remove it. Uninstall the "AVG" product according to its instructions. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
- Note: Uninstalling products not obtained through the App Store typically requires following specific procedures implemented by the product's developer. As a rule I do not install things that modify Macs in that manner, but more importantly I do not know how to remove them. You will need to research how to do that on your own.

To open that folder, copy the entire line above and paste it in the Finder's Go menu > Go to Folder... field. Locate that file and drag it to the Trash. You will need to confirm that action by authenticating with your Admin credentials.
