Are your VMs active when this happens? If so, maybe turn them off before the laptop sleeps.
I see a lot of the "ProxiedDevice-Bridge/Retired/ResetCounter-xxxxxx.ips" crash errors in the report. I've been seeing those with other users as well recently. I'm not certain to what this refers or means. It is hard to say whether this is the source or just a symptom. Maybe another more knowledgeable contributor can educate us here.
I don't really see anything regarding the software except I am not a fan of the Drobo products and their software as I know their stuff can be quirky. However, I am not a macOS expert, but nothing else stands out to me. Make sure all of your third party apps are completely up to date and are compatible with macOS 12.4.
Do you have any external devices connected to the laptop at the time of the problem? Perhaps one of them is causing a problem. This even includes adapters, docks, and hubs. Perhaps it may just be a certain combination of connected devices or even a particular port on the laptop which may be partially bad.
Unfortunately macOS Monterey has introduced so many different compatibility issues between both hardware & software it is really hard to say what may be causing the problems. Maybe try minimizing the external devices connected to see if maybe you can narrow the problem down to a certain connected device (or combination of devices). Definitely can be inconvenient, but it may be the only way for you to gather more clues. Otherwise you may just need to wait until the next macOS update and hope it fixes the problem. Or you can revert back to macOS Big Sur for the time being.
