Apps not working

Hi I am currently in Poland and bought my new phone in Mexico and I can’t download certain apps here? What can I do?

If you are now residing in Poland is your Apple account set to the Polish store? The article "Change your Apple ID country or region" describes how to change your country setting on everything using your Apple ID, and the requirements and results of doing this --> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
