How do you reclaim a password for a locked note if you’ve forgotten it?

Apple Password known but Password for locked Notes forgotten, I want to reclaim that forgotten Password not just reset for future Notes.

While Notes tied to an Apple ID can be unlocked with the Apple ID, there is no means to unlock a Note locked with a lost password. You can guess at the password as much as you want, but that password is the decryption key for the data, and there's no backdoor or bypass. You'll need the password.
