How can I reset Notes app password on my iPhone 14 Pro?

The advice above won't help you.

You can not change or reset the password for existing encrypted notes. You can only change the password that will be used to encrypt new notes.

If you can't remember the password you used to encrypt the notes, they are unreadable. The only way to unlock them is with the original password used.

Apple can't help you. There is no way to bypass the encryption.

Luckily, there is no limit to the number of times you can try to unlock them.

To reset your notes password:

1. In the Settings app, tap Apps, tap Notes, then tap Password.

3. Select the Notes account that you want to change, then tap Change Password.

5. Enter your Apple Account password, then tap OK.
6. 
   
7. Tap Reset Password again.
8. 
   
9. Use your device passcode or enter a new password and password hint. Tap Done.

You can’t recovery or get access to your locked notes there is not way to do that
