The OKI support page for this printer seems to indicate that there is a Printer Driver Updater (PS) even for macOS 13 Ventura.

The OKI C330dn appears to emulate PCL 6 and PostScript 3, so if nothing else works you could perhaps try generic PCL or postscript macOS printer software (see also the Use option under Add a network printer by specifying its IP address in Add a printer to your printer list so you can use it on Mac – Apple Support (UK)).
If necessary, try to reset the printing system and re-add the printer.

As always, make sure that you have backup copies of all important files before testing anything. Software conflicts cannot be ruled out.
