Very very slow wifi hotspot on ios 16.5.1

My device is 11 promax with an ios 16.5.1(c), and i have 2 wifi which is one is from my apartment router and another i share from my android phone hotspot. And the only problem is with my hotspot. It’s working but it’s very very slow for a couple days now. But when i use my apartment wifi it’s working as normal, and I wonder why it only affect my personal hotspot but not the apartment wifi? Also i check my personal hotspot from my other device such as laptop and my iphone 7 with an ios 14.8.1, my personal hotspot working fine for both devices but only error with my 11promax device. I think it’s because of the ios version maybe.

Is someone else encountered the same problem as mine ? If yes do you guy have any solution to fix it ? Please share.
