5ghz hotspot not working. Please help

i bought iphone 14 last month 23 june 2023 and for few days it’s hotspot was working perfectly fine at 5ghz and i was able to connect to it through my wifi 6 supported laptop but after few days i noticed that my laptop was getting decreased speed. Maximum 100 and i used to get above 100 and sometimes 1gbps then i checked it’s was only using 2.4ghz band for hotspot even maximum compatibility was off. I tried resetting network settings but it was still on 2.4ghz and also i tried all settings reset but issue didn’t got fixed.

please help
