Have you had your home pod die completely? No response whatsoever? How did you fix it?
Same here, I've unplugged it for a few hours, then plugged in again, but it does nothing, no light, no sound, no Siri. I've tried to touch top panel in multiple ways, but no luck. Seems I need to send it to the service.
What have you tried to do to fix it? Have you tried restoring it from a Mac?
I can’t figure out how to do that. I did try from my iPhone. But the HomePod doesn’t appear in the Home App
If you removed it from the home app it’s no longer going to show there or work. You can only restore a mini with the Mac. Which model is it?
the problem was in the socket adapter. home pod turned out to be fully functional.
So. I wound up taking it in to the Apple Store. It was just dead. Dead and out of warranty. Oh well.
