Complaint Regarding Malfunctioning Device - Urgent Resolution Requested

Dear Apple Team,


I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with a device I purchased from your company. I am hopeful that by bringing this matter to your attention, we can work together to find a satisfactory resolution.


I bought my iPhone 14 plus from your authorized store in Faridabad on 29th May'2023 for approx. 80,000. At the time, I had high expectations for the device based on its advertised features and the reputation of your company. Unfortunately, the device has failed to live up to my expectations, as it is exhibiting several issues and malfunctions, which I believe violate the terms of the warranty.


The problems I have encountered with the device include: 

  • My phone gets restarted any time randomly, which happened multiple times and back and forth. 
  • My device gets hung in between. 
  • Now I have been asked to pay some amount by the store to repair my device. As far as I am concerned when I visited Future World on 29th June i.e. Thursday to get my phone diagnosed they didn't tell me about any internal damage to the device and I was conveyed that there was an internal malfunction of the device. 

These issues have significantly impacted my ability to use the device for its intended purpose. As a result, I am experiencing inconvenience, have been asked to pay for the hardware, and wasted time. I have tried to troubleshoot the problems and visited the official Apple service center wherein your consultant recommended visiting F-11, Select CITYWALK, District Centre, Saket New Delhi, Delhi, 110017, also my device is submitted to Bangalore under the [mention 10 July Policy thing] the issues persist.


Latest update On the 13th of July 2023, I got a call from the service center and have been asked to pay to get my device repaired.



I have attached copies of the purchase receipt, warranty documents, and any other relevant supporting materials to assist you in processing my complaint. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter within 3 to 4 business days. If I do not receive a response within this timeframe, I may have to explore alternative options to protect my consumer rights.


I believe in the quality of your products and the reputation of your company. I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I look forward to your prompt response.
