The apple music preview app has randomly stopped working, anytime a try to play anything it just skips through the playlist/album without playing any music. This doesn't happen on the itunes app. I have already tried signing in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling my music, deauthorizing and authorizing and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Mine also just started doing this today. It has been skipping all of my lossless files. Anything that isnt lossless is in m4p audio format and works fine. I have had my downloads since preview was released and had no issues until today.

last spring (2023) my Apple Music app was skipping, and the music would suddenly go from quiet to loud. This would happen at work, or while driving. This was the pattern for a couple weeks. Out of frustration I switched to YouTube music app and low and behold it never happened. Mind you, I tried many things to stop this from happening in Apple Music. Uninstall, app updates, changing the quality and so on. YouTube music jacked up their price so I thought I would try Apple again. Same thing, but I’ve patterned it to playlists and other “suggestions”. It wouldn’t happen on albums saved to my library. Any thoughts or suggestions?
