Bluetooth not available & Debug or Reset Option not available..!!!

Hi,

Bluetooth not available in my MacBook Pro Mid 2012. Even Debug option not available, when I click on bluetooth icon while pressing shift and Option key. I have tried all option like reseting SMC or PROM or by deleting Plist. file

When I click on Bluetooth icon while press shift + Option key one "open Packet logger" option shows. but I click on it. There is no response like no new window open or no background running. Nothing happen like that.

Please help...!!!

The Amazon link is just in case your BT has died, to give an alternate idea, I believe this one worked great for Macs
