Id says the calls are from Russia
Why doesn’t read the contact name instead it says from Russia

The Caller ID feature is a carrier-related one that may be disabled by the sender. If you see this occurring with just specific contacts, that may be the case here.
If it's happening to many calls, be sure to check if there are any call filtering apps installed as those may adjust functionality. This page can provide info on where to find them: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
Also check in Settings > Phone to see if there are blocked contacts here as well.
Similarly it can also help to check with your mobile carrier to see if there any anti-spam/filtering services set up at the moment through them.
