Airpods Pro 2 - Volume too low on Teams and Google Meet

My Pro v1 AirPods have no issue with Teams or Google Meet, but my upgrade to AirPods 2 have low volume on these two services even though are fine with every other application. It only happens when using my Windows Surface Pro tablet, but Teams and Google Meet have no volume issues when I use them on my iPhone.

I've watched YouTube videos and read forum posts on different ways to fix but to no avail. I'm very frustrated because I need them to work without issue on my work device (the Surface Pro). There must be some kind of fix available, very odd it's only affecting my Airpod Pro 2's and not the original AirPod pro version.

The Airpods Pro 2 were just purchased, and work fine with all other apps and devices. It's confined to Teams and Google Meet, so it really feels like an issue with how the 2nd version of the device interacts with these apps (versus the first edition).

Hello DesertJim888,

Thanks for that distinction. Since it's only occurring with one set, you will need to check if they need to be cleaned: How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods - Apple Support

If you still have issues, try them with other apps, see if it's the same with all apps.

Check the firmware too: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

If it's the same with all apps, only the one set is lower, then you need them checked at an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store: Apple Locate

Thanks.
