I'm not sure how, but my 2 sons are both not able to call me. The only way they can get thru to me is by making a facetime call audio only no video.
When I look at the blocked numbers on my phone, their numbers do not show up on the list.
Any suggestions how I can receive calls from both my sons is greatly appreciated.
Well, there's some pertinent fact you have not shared with us that causes this. Do your sons have independent telephone numbers associated with a landline or cellular carrier? They're not trying to telephone you from iPads (which are not cellular telephones) are they?
