Make my balance zero

I need to change my region to Canada, so i just need to make my balance zero. I only have 5 cents

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the excess amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
